The staff are wonderful, she loves them all (the photos prove this!) but she has a real soft spot for Beth. It’s a genuine relief to go away knowing your dog is not just well looked after but actually happy. "We have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided by Barnstone for our fur baby (Shonai). The team has been very kind and gave him constant care and attention throughout his stay. As it was a long stay, we were initially quite worried about how he would cope with the change in environment. We were delighted to see that he made friends. Later, when some of his friends left, he became a bit quiet and kept to himself, but the pet nannies gave him special care and extra attention during that time. He remained in good health throughout, which gives us great peace of mind. We are very happy overall and would recommend Barnstone to any pet parent without hesitation."

"Only used for daycare vs boarding. Team are lovely, attentive, listen and don't just throw all of the dogs together. They take time to slowly introduce to one dog, then two etc and take your preferences on board. They send updates and piccies. Would definitely recommend."

Yes! Our Pet Taxi service can collect your pet from home, your vet, or from designated Doggy Day Care zones. It’s a safe and easy way to get your pet to us if you’re short on time or travelling yourself.
Absolutely! We’d love to welcome you for a tour so you can see our facilities, meet our team, and feel confident about where your pet will be staying. Tours are available by appointment between 11 am and 1 pm (excluding school holidays and peak times). You can easily book a tour online here.
We offer a complete range of pet care, including dog boarding, cat boarding, doggy daycare, grooming extras, enrichment play sessions, medication administration, and fun add-ons like pet postcards. Whether it’s for a single day or a longer stay, we make sure pets are cared for as if they were our own.
Our location is easy to reach from a number of popular areas:

- • Around 20 minutes from Mona Vale in the Northern Beaches
- • Approximately 40 minutes from Sydney CBD
